My classes are informal and fun and are run from the very comfortable Tree of Life centre in Hove. As a qualified KG Hypnobirthing teacher, Hypnotherapist, NLP master practitioner, life coach and mindfulness and compassion teacher I bring my many skills into my teaching.  My group Hypnobirthing course runs over 4 consecutive weeks, each session is 2 hours and 30 minutes long. I also offer a 1:1 hour as close to your due date as possible to ensure that you are fully confident for your baby’s birth.

The sessions teach you everything you need to know about what happens to your body and your baby’s journey through birth. We talk about the importance of the ‘golden hour’ after birth and your birth preferences. I will guide you through self-hypnosis exercises, breathing techniques, and visualisations that you can take away to practice at home and use during your birth. A lot of these techniques can be used as general life skills.  The session outlines are as follows:
