Life coaching is a way of looking at your life, work and well being goals, values and beliefs through personal development. Coaching with Lisa enables you to explore where you are now, where you want to be in the future and the ways in which you can get there. Life coaching is collaborative, empowering and solution focused. A life coach facilitates change in you by actively listening to your needs and goals, challenging you and helping you to find clarity in your goals and desires.
A life coach does not offer advise, neither do they look back into past trauma or emotions.
The first session begins with an explanation of what Life Coaching is and going through the coaching contract with you.
The session will then continue by agreeing on the topic to be discussed and explored. The session will be led by you, the client.
Lisa will use a variety of skills in order to help you to achieve your goals and objectives, exploring possibilities to release your full potential and find clarity in your desires.
Once a topic has been discussed and a goal has been established, the focus is then on the direction of travel and steps needed to reach the set goal. Action plans will then be agreed by the coach and client within an agreed time in which the actions will be completed. The client and coach will agree the date and time of the next session and end the session with feedback.
Subsequent sessions will follow a similar structure starting off by revisiting the goal set during the last session and the actions taken. Subsequent sessions then continue by agreeing on the topic to be discussed during that session, a goal set, direction of travel/steps to be taken and action plans agreed as per the first session.
