Using NLP and Hypnotherapy for Productivity in the workplace

How do you motivate yourself at work?

NLP and Hypnotherapy are great for helping to boost your confidence, set and achieve realistic goals, and motivate you to get the most out of life. More companies care about their employees wellbeing at work, I have been running wellbeing at work seminars at DMH Stallard Solicitors in Crawley with a Nutritional therapist Karen Newby of the Kitchen Pharmacy. We have been covering ‘How to leave work at work’, ‘How to beat the 3pm slump’, ‘How to beat abdominal weight gain’ and more. The seminars were really well received and everyone has started to make some positive changes to their lives as a result.
I recently read an article on motivating yourself at work by using the 4 letter word – DONE after you have completed a task or made a deal etc. I wonder how many more uses you can find for using this simple but effective word in your life? When you have got through another day as a non-smoker, avoiding the biscuits or cake mid morning, reaching the first step towards your goal, whatever it may be are to name but a few.
